Upgrading the home network and re-installing Windows XP SP3

I'm in the process of upgrading my home network to Wireless N. I also did a fresh re-install of Windows XP SP3 on my main machine but somehow it took out the Windows 7 Boot Manager so now I have to get a new one installed. Windows 7 is currently inaccessible to me.
